Notice to Patients
Please note that the practice will provide services as per You and Your General Practice, except when unable to do so due to:
· Lack of capacity
· Closure due to staff training (hald day each month)
· Unforeseen evets
· Failure of NHS supplied software
· Unable to provide a safe service.
Clinicians
We are a small and friendly surgery with two GP Partners, as well as 2 long term locums, a Physicians Associate. In addition to the doctors, we have an Advanced Nurse Practitioner, who can help with minor ailments and prescribe and refer as appropriate.
Nursing team
We also have a nursing team which is made up of 1 practice nurse. They are here to deal with a whole range of appointments including annual reviews of long-term health conditions, diagnostic procedures, and contraceptive care.
General Medical Services (GMS) contract
The practice team deliver a full range of clinical services under our General Medical Services (GMS) contract with NHS England.
